Winter Warmers and Training

Hi Everyone,

Winter is still with us, stay warm with Layers and Layers - remember to always wear a warm jacket, running jacket, t-shirt, crop, bra.  Tights or leggings and trackpants, long socks. 

It is important to ensure maximum warm before training and after training, whether you are hitting the track, indoor at the gym or just going for a walk.  Layers are your defence against muscle damage, warm ups aren't done in shorts and tshirt during this wearing.  

Stay warm even when moving into spring, September and even October weather can be windy, cool and rainy.

Stay fit and healthy.
