If the items you receive are incorrect or faulty, please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
We are happy to issue an online store credit within 14 days of receiving your product. Please include your contact details and original invoice number as well as photos of the item being returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will inspect the item once received and notify you of the outcome.
The cost of returning the goods will be refunded if the product is deemed faulty. Unfortunately we do NOT offer refunds or exchange if you simple change your mind about a purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For any exchanges you will need to return your item and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. A store credit will be given once we receive the returned item then you are able to repurchase the correct colour/size you were after. Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
